
Returns and Exchanges
At RUNNYME, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days after receiving your item. Here you will find instructions on how to return or exchange a product, or what to do if your item is faulty. You can always contact us for any return questions at hello@runnyme.com
If you want to return your item:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs of a return are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
1. Contact us:
Notify us by email of your intent to return the product within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at hello@runnyme.com. Include the following details:
- Your order number
- The product name and details
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
2. Prepare the item for return:
Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Pack it in suitable packaging for transit.
3. Send the item back:
We advice selecting a tracked service, as all transport risks are carried on behalf of the sender.

4. Wait for your return to be processed:
Returns are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. We will notify you by email once your return has been received and handled. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after the handling of the return. The refund will include the cost of the purchased item, not the original shipping fee. Please be mindful that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not yet received a refund, please contact us at hello@runnyme.com
If you want to exchange your product:
If you would like to exchange a product, please return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
1. Return the product:
Follow the steps outlined in the "If you want to return your item" section above to send the item back to us.
2. Place a new order:
To receive the replacement product, please place a new order through our online store at your convenience.
If your product is faulty:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item for us to be able to evaluate the issue and make it right. Follow these steps to report an issue:
1. Contact us:
Send an email to hello@runnyme.com to notify us about the problem. Be sure to include the following details:
- Your order number
- The product name and details
- A description of the issue
If possible, include photos of the faulty product to help us process your request more quickly.
2. Wait for response:
Our team will review your email and respond with the next steps, such as arranging a replacement or refund. Please allow up to 3 business days for a response.
EU 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
